"50% of everyone's reading should be on their professional field/field of expertise". This is what human development experts declare all over the world. This means for language teachers to be continuously updated with regular readings on ELT themes.
ELT is informed by a huge number of outstanding authorities and timeless references which the average language teacher should know the least about. This part of my portfolio pays recognition to the pieces of writing that I found captivating and practice-gearing. I have always my teaching practices to be in need of everlasting and everchanging course correction responding to influential pieces of writing on ELT because every now and then I come across a reference that reshapes my teaching beliefs and practices. These will be mentioned here spiced with my reflective perspective.
